The Team
J2 is a two-founder operation by design. When you work with us, you work directly with the people making decisions.
James brings deep expertise in paid acquisition and offer development. With a background building and exiting his own e-commerce brand, he understands what it takes to scale a business past the plateaus that stall most companies.
He leads client strategy at J2, overseeing media buying, funnel architecture, and the high-level roadmap for every account. If something isn't scaling, James finds the constraint and removes it.
Jaden is the engine behind J2's marketing automation and CRM systems. He specializes in building the backend infrastructure that turns marketing spend into predictable, repeatable revenue — pipelines, sequences, and conversion optimization that run 24/7.
He ensures that once leads come in the door, they're nurtured and closed with efficiency. Jaden's systems have collectively generated millions in pipeline value for clients across multiple industries.
Our Story
James and Jaden first crossed paths in a business mastermind, each having built their own ventures from the ground up. Over countless conversations about what was working — and more importantly, what wasn't — they noticed a consistent gap in the market.
Business owners were either trying to figure out marketing themselves (burning money and time in the process), or handing it to agencies that disappeared after onboarding and phoned it in on monthly calls.
